Symptoms of oral cancer may include:

Patches inside your mouth or on your lips:

White patches (leukoplakia) are the most common. White patches sometimes become malignant.

Mixed red and white patches (erythroleukoplakia) are more likely than white patches to become malignant.

Red patches (erythroplakia) are brightly colored, smooth areas that often become malignant.

A sore on your lip or in your mouth that doesn't heal

Bleeding in your mouth

Loose teeth

Difficulty or pain when swallowing

Difficulty wearing dentures

A lump in your neck

An earache that doesn't go away

Numbness of lower lip and chin

Most often, these symptoms are not from oral cancer. Another health problem can cause them. Anyone with these symptoms should tell their doctor or dentist so that problems can be diagnosed and treated

구강암의 증상은 다음과 같다.

▲ 입안이나 입술 위의 딱지

- 백반(白斑)은 가장 흔한 증세이다. 이 백반은 때로는 악성이 된다.

- 홍색과 백색이 섞인 홍백반증(紅斑症)은 백반보다 더 쉽게 악성이 될 수 있다.

- 홍반증 혹은 적색반은 가끔 악성이 되는 밝은 색상의 부드러운 부위이다.

▲ 낫지 않는 구순 및 구강의 염증

▲ 구강 내 출혈

▲ 이가 흔들림

▲ 삼키기 장애 및 삼킬 때 통증

▲ 틀니(의치) 끼우기의 장애

▲ 목 부위에 잡히는 덩어리(손으로 만지면)

▲ 사라지지 않는 이통(耳痛) / 귀의 통증

▲ 아랫입술과 턱의 무감각

종종, 이런 증상들은 구강암 때문은 아니다. 다른 건강 문제들이 이런 증상들을 야기할 수 있다. 이런 증상들이 나타나는 누구라도 의사나 치과의사에게 알려서 문제들이 조기에 진단하여 치료하도록 해야한다.
